1We will identify properties in the Leeds postcode that can be let as social housing. This will be in an area that is easily lettable.
2You will then receive an email or phone call telling you all you need to know about the property, i.e. cost, yield and comparables.
3If given the go ahead by the investor we will negotiate the purchase price on your behalf.
4The investor will purchase the property directly from the estate agent who is marketing the property.
5On the investors purchase completion Cube will then let the property on behalf of the investor.
