Process

1	We will identify properties in the Leeds postcode that can be let as social housing. This will be in an area that is easily lettable.

2	You will then receive an email or phone call telling you all you need to know about the property, i.e. cost, yield and comparables.

3	If given the go ahead by the investor we will negotiate the purchase price on your behalf.

4	The investor will purchase the property directly from the estate agent who is marketing the property.

5	On the investors purchase completion Cube will then let the property on behalf of the investor.
