We will identify properties in the Leeds postcode that can be let to Leeds City Council tenants. This will be in an area that is easily lettable. |

You will then receive an email or phone call telling you all you need to know about the property, i.e. cost, yield and comparables. |

If given the go ahead by the investor we will negotiate the purchase price on your behalf. |

The investor will purchase the property directly from the estate agent who is marketing the property. |

On the investors purchase completion Cube will then let the property on behalf of the investor. |
