We have a number of ways to look after both your rent and your property, in fact Cube only take 2 out of every 5 people who apply for one of our houses.

We are unique in the following ways.

  1. When a tenant comes to our office following a viewing they fill in an application form which includes questions about their FULL PAST HISTORY.
  2. We require PROOF OF IDENTITY both photo ID and proof of where they are living.
  3. We take a PHOTOGRAPH for our records. (With their permission)
  4. The tenants sign a CODE OF CONDUCT so they are aware of what we expect of them.
  5. Checks are done to ensure that our UNIQUE WAY of getting direct payment are applicable.
  6. All benefit forms are COMPLETED IN OUR OFFICE supervised by a member of our staff.
  7. We ACCOMPANY ALL our tenants to the benefit office personally to ensure that all paperwork is IN ORDER.
  8. Every property and room is CHECKED by our security staff EVERY TWO WEEKS.
